Weight Loss Thoughts
I decided to not only use this blog for my crafts projects but also for my weight loss journey. My ultimate goal is to be a size 18/20 by July 11 2010 ( my birthday). Every week I have vowed to change something better for my health. So far I have cut back to only one sugary drink a day and no more cookie dough ( killing Me!!!!!!!). Now I am try to partake of the honey cinnamon tea before bed an when I wake in the money. According to weight-Loss-Advisor.com the tea has a lot of benefits and really helps with belly flab.
